Replacement of a Missing Molar: NP

Case: A 32 year-old patient presented with a missing first molar. Treatment plan: Placing 2 ADIN Touareg CloseFit™ NP 3.0mmD narrow diameter implants for replacing the molar. Mesio-distal space between the teeth was 11mm.
Restoration: Implants were uncovered 3 months post-operation, and a fixed PFM crown was fabricated.
Results: Patient was monitored for 3 years with satisfactory results.

Case: A 60 year-old patient with an edentulous maxilla with horizontal and vertical bone atrophy and a bilateral severe pneumatosis of maxillary sinuses.
Treatment plan: Placement of 4 Adin Touareg™-S implants, using the All-on-Four concept.
Restoration: An immediate-loading hybrid prostheses, with Co-Cr bar and acrylic, was installed on the implants 24 hours after the implantation.

Case: A 73 year-old female patient previously wearing a full denture for over 30 years, who requested a more stable prosthetic solution.
Treatment plan: Placing 5 ADIN Touareg CloseFit™ NP 3.0mmD narrow diameter implants in the anterior zone, combined with sub nasal floor elevation.
Restoration: 6 months post-op implants were uncovered. TMA™ abutments were placed and an impression for a CAD/CAM titanium based screw-retained bridge was taken.
Results: Patient was highly satisfied with the prosthetics and had been followed-up for 3 years.

Case: A 28 year-old female patient presented with an aggressive periodontal disease.
Treatment plan: Extractions of all teeth and delivery of maxillary and mandibular implant-supported fixed complete dentures. Immediately after the extractions, maxillary and mandibular complete removable dentures were delivered. 6 Touareg™ implants were placed at the mandibular interforaminal area, with a flapless surgical approach using a CAD/CAM surgical guidance system, and were immediately loaded with a provisional restoration. A bilateral sinus lift procedure was performed, and 6 months after, 7 Touareg™ implants were placed in the grafted maxilla, with a flapless surgical approach using the same CAD/CAM system.
Restoration: The final prostheses fitted to the patient included a maxillary porcelain-fused-to-metal screw-retained restoration, made with pink and white porcelain, and a mandibular porcelain-fused-to-metal, cement-retained fixed-denture restoration.

Case: A 55 year-old patient requiring full maxillary rehabilitation. CBCT revealed ridge deficiency with a crestal width of 3-4.5mm.
Treatment plan: Anterior ridge expansion, and placement of 6 ADIN Touareg CloseFit™ NP 3.0mmD narrow diameter implants, combined with posterior bi-lateral sinus augmentation with simultaneous implant placement. Immediate loading was carried out on the anterior implants providing the patient with a fixed temporary bridge.
Restoration: 6 months post-operation the patient received a fixed PFM restoration.
Results: Patient was satisfied and a 2 year follow-up revealed implant stability and bone conservation around the implants.
